About Alejendra

Alejandra Colosimo is a Latina artist from Guatemala City, Guatemala. She and her family immigrated to Minnesota when she was just two years old, and has since called Minneapolis her home. Alejandra’s passion for art began at a young age and has been heavily inspired by her cultural upbringing and lived experiences. Since 2015 she has been featured in exhibits in and around the Twin Cities. Alejandra’s most recent work focuses on translating the experiences had at sports events onto canvas. She hopes to showcase the energy and excitement felt by loyal fans of Minnesota sports and to uplift her community.
